The HR TEAM : A highly motivated, supportive, creative, dynamic, spontaneous, flexible Support System of AIESEC (Together w/ CD, Finance & A-SAID). Makes certain that AIESECERS reach their full potentials by providing quality training & internal motivation.
EVALUATION (Belle S. & Marj O.)
As an applicant becomes a member this committee takes full control. They are responsible for the members continous growth as he moves on &joins a department. They also set certain guidelines to evaluate officers & members performance and decide their status. They are also in charge of evaluating the effectiveness of the different activities of HR, especially the seminars. The results of the evaluations could serve as a guide to be used by future HR officers as added information for improvement.
MOTIVATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ( Mikko & Robin )
The committee that takes charge of creating various activities that would promote both external & internal motivation. Such activities include gen-meets, parties, tambay week, sportsfest, gimmicks & TBS. They are also tasked with encouraging participation & synergy thru the whole LC.

RECRUITMENT(Gino A. & Miche T.)
This committee is in charge of the applicants progress and development from the moment they enlist at the booth, until they become full-pledge members. In the recruitment process, they establish the guidelines & policies. In AIESEC, we value QUALITY not quantity. They also play a very significant role in evaluating the applicants, and leave the most worthy candidates for membership.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT (Jill J. & Alisa S.)
This committee is in charge of educating both members and applicants based on the Simplified Membership Education Cycle revised every year. A Standardized Minimum Training Requirement should be followed simultaneous with the other LCs. This committee aims in establishing long-term development & realizing training needs. It also aims in feeding the minds of every AIESECER the sufficient knowledge on skills,attitude,values and AIESECs current reality & new systems in order to become more results oriented and productive. Thus contributing to AIESECs purpose.
*** The HR Dept doesnt only act as mere guardians, but again, we serve as the Local Committees backbone.
*** Manpower is very vital to every organization. Without it is total paralysis (Exag!). Okay, okay, lets just say "from the waist down".
