As another successful year of AIESEC ends, another National Congress begins. It is an annual pilgrimage of representatives from the twelve local committees that will prepare legislation for the coming year.

The National Congress also serves as a venue for an interaction of ideas for the development of the organization and its constituents. Since 1968, AIESEC Philippines has continued to be a dynamic community that has had substantial contributions to society. The delegates from the twelve local committees convene to assure AIESEC's continued growth through relevance.

The legislative meeting is designed to analyze and evaluate the past fiscal year's activities, to formulate policies and plans for the coming year. It also serves as the medium to arrange amendments to the National Compendium, AIESEC Philippines' body of governing laws and regulations. It is highlighted by the election of the National Committee President (NCP), the National Committee Vice-President for Corporate Development (NCVPCD),and the National Committee Vice-President for Human Resource Development (NCVPHRD)- the most important positions of AIESEC Philippines.
